In order to promote a culture based on ethics and transparency, Rolfo S.P.A. has set up an information channel to report (also anonymously) any alleged offences committed in the course of the company's activities.

PROTECTION OF THE REPORTER
Rolfo S.P.A. ensures maximum protection, confidentiality and protection to the reporter from undue retaliation, unlawful conditioning, inconvenience and discrimination of any kind, for having duly reported in accordance with the EU Directive 2019/1937 on Whistleblowing.
These channels are exclusively dedicated to whistleblowing; for complaints, please refer to the dedicated channels.
